Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 June 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we process when you contact us or use this site, and what your rights are.
01 Who we are
The data controller is Bella House Nikiti, a holiday accommodation located in Nikiti 630 88, Halkidiki, Greece. You can reach us by phone at +40 747 859 560 or by email at info@bella-house.gr.
02 What data we process
This website has no forms and does not collect data through input fields. Communication happens directly: by phone, WhatsApp or email.
When you contact us, we process the data you provide (such as name, phone number, email address and the content of your message) solely to reply to you and to handle a possible booking.
Our hosting provider may automatically record minimal technical data (such as your IP address) in server logs, for security and to keep the site running.
03 Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to respond to enquiries and arrange your booking. The legal basis is taking steps prior to a contract, our legitimate interest in communicating with guests and, where applicable, your consent.
04 Third-party services
The Contact page includes a Google Maps map that loads only after you give consent (see the Cookie Policy). Google may process data under its own privacy policy.
If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their policies.
05 How long we keep data
We keep correspondence and booking details only as long as needed to respond and for the duration of your stay, plus any periods required by legal obligations (e.g. accounting). After that, we delete them.
06 Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability.
To exercise your rights, email us at info@bella-house.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Greece: the Hellenic Data Protection Authority).
07 Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above.
